CASA Melbourne has arrangements in place with Little Hall, International House and Ormond College, each offering unique student experiences. Students also have the option of staying at other University of Melbourne accommodation facilities or affiliated residential colleges.

Little Hall:

Located ideally between the heart of Melbourne and our Parkville campus, Little Hall is the first hall of residence of its kind in Australia. As a new kind of residential community, Little Hall offers a modern take on a college experience within a premium apartment-style building.

Each apartment is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, as shared meal packages are not provided. Room options range from ensuite studios to 4-bedroom flats. Little Hall offers a range of modern shared spaces including rooftop terraces, indoor and outdoor cinemas, study spaces and a gymnasium. Residents benefit from a specially designed program of activities, lectures, tutorials and career networking opportunities to support your personal, academic and professional development.

Ormond College:

The Ormond College community is made up of more than 500 undergraduate and graduate students from all parts of Australia and around the world. Ormond College offers a diverse calendar of activities and events which create countless opportunities for you to make new friends, challenge your thinking and exercise your leadership and teamwork skills.

With state-of-the-art facilities, a first-class learning program to enrich studies and plenty of student-led activities to suit any interest, students have everything they need to make the most of their university experience. All students will have their own bedroom with shared bathroom facilities. All meals are provided in the shared dining hall each day, which provides further opportunities for connecting with other students and building friendships in the Ormond community.

International House:

International House is a residential college owned by the University of Melbourne, which brings together 300 undergraduate and graduate students from Australia and overseas. Located within a 10 minute walk from campus, International House is surrounded by beautiful parklands and green spaces. All students have their own bedroom with shared bathroom facilities. Various meal packages are available in the catered dining hall.

International House students are welcomed into a safe and supportive community of like-minded young people, where they make new friends, settle in quickly and gain the support they need to achieve academically. International House aims to enhance University experiences by providing social, cultural and sporting programs, academic assistance, mentoring and leadership opportunities.
