CASA Melbourne students can choose to live at either Little Hall or Student Village. Students are able to outline their preference for room configuration which will be allocated pending availability.

Little Hall:

Located ideally between the heart of Melbourne and our Parkville campus, Little Hall is the first hall of residence of its kind in Australia. As a new kind of residential community, Little Hall offers a modern take on a college experience within a premium apartment-style building.

• Each apartment is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering, as shared meal packages are not provided.
• Room options range from en suite studios to 4-bedroom flats.
• Little Hall offers a range of modern shared spaces including rooftop terraces, indoor and outdoor cinemas, study spaces and a gymnasium.
• Residents benefit from a specially designed program of activities, lectures, tutorials and career networking opportunities to support your personal, academic and professional development.

Student Village:

At Student Village, The University of Melbourne campus, you’ll be able to become part of a strong, supportive community to help you throughout your time at uni. Meet new people, learn exciting new skills and experience the culture of the world’s most liveable city. No matter the time of day, there will be someone around to provide you with the support you require. Our on campus accommodation is built for students to thrive as they get a world class education.

From the go-to cafe and best restaurants in town to the closest supermarket and medical centre, you'll find everything you’ll need while you’re at Student Village, The University of Melbourne in close walking distance.

• Student village offers apartment style living, with the option to stay in a 1 bedroom or 4 bedroom apartment.
• All apartments are fitted with kitchens for self-catering, as meal packages are not provided.
• Student Village offers modern facilities and shared communal spaces, including study spaces, gym, and outdoor swimming pool.

4 Bedroom 2 Bathroom: AU $485 p/w. US $7,500 in Spring and US $9,500 in Fall
2 Bedroom 1 Bathroom: AU $520 p/w. US $8,100 in Spring and US $10,100 in Fall
4 Bedroom 4 Bathroom: AU $555 p/w. US $8,600 in Spring and US $10,800 in Fall
